The submission of a manuscript carries with it the author's assurance that it has not been copyrighted or published elsewhere (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication has been approved by all coauthors, if any, and it will not be published in another journal.

The authors are advised to transfer the copyright on the scientific material (accepted for publication in Romanian Journal of Physics) to Romanian Academy Publishing House which will protect them with respect to correct quotation of his paper or parts of it, under the conditions of free access to the journal on the internet.
